INGREDIENTS
500g pack Betty Cracker Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
2 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
125g butter, melted
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
250mL can Aunt Bettys Whipped Cream
100g Cadbury Chocolate Baking Melts, melted
65g Bake & Create mini heart sprinkles
strawberries or raspberries, to garnish
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven 180°C {16O°C fan forced}. Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan.
2. Stir brownie mix, eggs. butter and coconut in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until combined. Spoon Into a prepared pan
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the center. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to a wire rack.
4. Use a 7cm heart-shaped cutter and cut 4 hearts. (leftover brownie can make an amazing ice-cream sundae).
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the brownie hearts and sprinkle with mini hearts. Pipe whipped cream on top of brownies and decorate with mini heart sprinkles.
Enjoy with strawberries or raspberries.
